realme GT 7: Specifications and Features

The Indian variant of the realme GT 7 should mirror its Chinese counterpart for the most part, featuring a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 2800 x 1280 resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, 6500 Nits peak brightness, and 2600 Hz touch sampling rate, and 4608 Hz PWM dimming.
Although the Chinese GT 7 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, we’re expecting the Indian GT 7 to feature the Dimensity 9300+, paired with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. The device will boast a 7,200 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W fast charging, packed into an 8.25 mm-thick, 203g body with a graphene ice technology design and a 7,700mm² VC cooling system.

It will also feature IP69 dust and water resistance, NFC, infrared remote control, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, an X-axis linear motor, and run realme UI 6.0 on Android 15. We can expect 3 years of OS updates and 6 years of security updates.
The GT 7’s camera setup differs from the GT 6. It features a dual rear camera system with a 50 MP Sony IMX896 main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, but lacks the 2X telephoto lens present on the GT 6 (Indian/global variant). The selfie camera is a 16MP unit, down from the GT 6’s 32MP sensor.

That said, realme might adjust the camera configuration for the Indian market, possibly adding the telephoto lens, just like they did last year with the GT 6. Yes, the realme GT 6 in China didn’t feature a telephoto or 32 MP selfie camera.
