Realme X launched in India starting at Rs. 16,999; Realme 3i priced at Rs. 7,999

Two months since its launch in China, Realme X has finally launched in India. The event brandished the new “#DaretoLeap” tagline of Realme. As we already knew, the Oppo sub-brand also unveiled “Smartphones ka Champion” Realme 3i from the same stage. The company also introduced Realme X’s Spiderman Special edition as well as a Master edition.

Realme X is the brand’s first fullscreen display phone with a motorized pop-up camera. By dint of this feature, you get a 6.53-inch OLED panel boasting a 1,080 x 2,340-pixel resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 91.2% screen to body ratio. Realme offers the Gorilla Glass 5 protection on this display. Realme X flaunts a gradient back.

A 16MP (f/2.0) Sony IMX-471 pop-up camera resides within the spring-loaded module.

As for the back, you get a 48MP (f/1.7) camera powered by Sony IMX 586 sensor. It is teamed with a 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. You also get AI enhancements, HDR and 960fps slo-mo video recording.

The device is engined by Snapdragon 710 chipset with Adreno 616 GPU and HyperBoost 2.0, cooling gel-tech, Game Boost 2.0. It has got 4GB/8GB LPDDR4X of RAM configuration and a 128GB UFS 2.1 onboard storage option, which is further expandable via microSD card. A 3,765mAh battery would fuel the phone and you could refill it quickly with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charger.

Realme X has the Dolby Atmos support backing the audio experience. Rest of the features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dual VOLTE nano-SIM slots, USB-C, in-display fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, and GPS.

Realme 3i is a budget entrant with a 6.22-inch HD+ dewdrop notch display which offers 19:5:9 aspect ratio. It has a smudge-free gradient diamond design, that’ll be available in Diamond Blue, Diamond Black, and Diamond Red colors.

It is driven by a 12nm Mediatek Helio P60 SoC clocked at 2GHz aided by Mali G72 MP3 GPU. A 4230mAh battery keeps the phone running.

Coming to cameras, it has a dual rear setup, which includes a 13MP (f/1.8) main camera backed by a 2MP (f/2.4) secondary sensor.  Upfront, the dewdrop is home to a 13MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper. Realme has baked in a dedicated Nightscape and Chroma Boost modes as well.

Realme X will hit the Flipkart and Official Realme online outlet starting 24th of July at 12noon. You could grab the phone using No-Cost EMI option as well as Complete Mobile Protection to buy this phone. As an introductory offer, you could avail a 10-percent instant discount using SBI cards. Realme X will hit the offline store shelves too.

For those of you who don’t want to wait, you could buy it via “Hate-to-wait” sale on the 18th of July at 8 pm.

The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will cost you – Rs. 16,999 while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition is priced at Rs. 19,999. The Spiderman edition with 8GB RAM and 128GB will be out at a price of Rs. 20,999, and finally the Master edition with the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs, 19,999.

Realme 3i will be exclusively available via Flipkart and Realme.com starting 29th of July at 12 noon. You will get No-Cost EMI option as well as Complete Mobile Protection to buy this phone.
