Redmi 14C retail listing surfaces ahead of launch

Just past week, we got a trove of information on the upcoming budget Redmi smartphone, the Redmi 14C. Now, an alleged product listing has popped up on a Vietnamese retail store giving us a closer look at the design and specification of the smartphone.

As evident from the renders, the Redmi 14C will bring a fresh design language to the budget smartphone series. One could argue that the design looks eerily similar to the recently announced OPPO F27 5G.

The Redmi 14C boasts a sleek design with a circular camera module, a 50MP primary camera, and a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. It’s expected to be available in three stylish colors: black, green, and blue, with the former two being faux leather finishes.

Under the hood, the Redmi 14C is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G91 SoC. It will be available in two SKUs with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. On the front, the phone features a large 6.88-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Keeping the lights on is a substantial 5160mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The pricing is still under wraps and will be known by August 31st when the phone makes official entry in the Vietnamese market.
