Redmi Note 11 5G to be rebranded as Redmi Note 11T 5G for India: Report

Ever since Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 11 series in its home market, fans across the border have been hankering for its India launch. Well, some reports state that the Redmi Note 11 series is all set to arrive here within a few months. Earlier Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ were rumored to arrive in India and now the latest leaks claim that the Redmi Note 11 vanilla variant will be rebranded as Redmi Note 11T 5G for the Indian market.

Redmi Note 11 5G to become Redmi Note 11T 5G for India?

Leakster Kacper Skrzypek has decoded that Redmi Note 11 5G will come as Redmi Note 11T 5G in India. It carries the codename “evergo”. Reports also state that the Redmi Note 11 Pro will come to India as Xiaomi 11i whereas the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ will come to India as Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. There is no official confirmation on the same, so these details cannot be called 100% accurate.

Redmi Note 11 5G Specs

It carries a 6.6-inch Full HD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It has a dual rear camera setup that has a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor along with a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls. It will run on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 out of the box.

Redmi Note 11 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset and has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage capacity. It has a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 33W fast charging support. Connectivity options include a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone is IP53 rated for water and dust resistance.
