Redmi Note 11 Series Preview: What to expect?

Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has announced the date for the global launch of the Redmi Note 11 Series. The series will launch on January 26 (Wednesday) at 5.30 PM IST via an online event. The Note 11 Series launched in China included Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ and the global line-up is expected to be the same.

Some specs might undergo changes like SoCs or minimal design changes, but other than that most of the things will be similar to what Xiaomi bought in China variants. Here is a preview of what to expect from the global launch event-

Redmi Note 11 Series Expected Price

The Redmi Note 11 series will include a Redmi Note 11 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ smartphones. Here are the expected variants and their rumored prices:

Redmi Note 11 5G variants-

  • 4GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 14,000
  • 6GB RAM+!28GB storage- Rs. 16,000
  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 18,700
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 21,100

Redmi Note 11 Pro variants-

  • 6GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 18,700
  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 22,200
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 24,500

The top of the line Redmi Note 11 Pro+ variants-

  • 6GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 22,200)
  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 24,500
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 26,900

Redmi Note 11 Series Details leaked

The latest reports claim that Redmi Note 11 Pro will come in Graphite Grey, Polar White, and one more color variant which is named the Diamond Dazzle shade.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 11 Pro will share many specs except for the SoC. Both of them are expected to come with a 120Hz AMOLED panel, 108MP quad-camera setup, and a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Although Xiaomi might give a 67W charger in the box, a 120W charger can be purchased separately if you need it.

Tipster Ishan Agarwal claims that the Redmi Note 11 Pro will be powered by MediaTek Helio 696 chipset whereas the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G will feature the Snapdragon 695 SoC.

Otherwise, the Redmi Note 11 Pro and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ sport a 6.67-inch display and are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 910 chipset. They have 5G, Bluetooth v5.2, 3.5mm audio jack, dual symmetrical JBL turned stereo speakers too.

Both these variants have a difference in battery capacity. Redmi Note 11 Pro has a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging whereas Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has a 4500mAh battery with 120W fast charging. There is a 108MP triple rear camera setup on both these phones with a 16MP front camera for selfies.

The specs in the global variants are mostly to be the same apart from changes in SoCs or design.
