Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Specs
The Samsung Galaxy S23 sports a 6.1-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, vision booster, punch-hole cutout for a selfie shooter, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The Galaxy S23+ has a display size of 6.6-inch and the rest of the features of the display are the same as S23. Both the devices are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno GPU and 8GB RAM/512GB storage. They run Android 13-based One UI 5.1 custom skin out of the box.
In terms of camera, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ pack a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto lens. There is a 12MP selfie camera in the front. The Galaxy S23 packs a 3900mAh battery with 25W fast charging while the Galaxy S23+ packs a 4700mAh battery with 45W fast charging. It flaunts a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, gorilla glass victus 2, vision booster, and more. It runs Android 13-based One UI 5.1 and packs a 5000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging, wireless power share, and fast wireless charging.
In terms of camera, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a quad camera setup including a 200MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and two 10MP telephoto lenses. There is a 12MP selfie camera as well. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C port. The devices come with an IP68 rating for protection against water and dust. The device has an integrated S-Pen stylus and measures 78.1×163.4×8.9mm. It weighs 234 grams.
