Specifications and Features
Galaxy Tab S11

The Tab S11 has an 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display at 2560 x 1600 resolution with a 1-120 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1600 nits. It measures 165.3 x 253.8 x 5.5 mm, weighs 470 grams, and includes an 8,400 mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
The chipset is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+, which improves NPU, CPU, and GPU performance compared to the Tab S9. Cameras include a 13 MP rear sensor and a 12 MP ultra-wide front sensor. Other features include IP68 water and dust resistance, quad speakers, Wi-Fi 6E, optional 5G, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra

The Tab S11 Ultra has a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 2960 x 1848 resolution, 1-120 Hz refresh rate, and 1600 nits brightness. It measures 208.5 x 326.3 x 5.1 mm, weighs 692 grams, and comes with an 11,600 mAh battery with 45W charging.

The camera setup includes a 13 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 12 MP ultra-wide front camera. The S11 Ultra does not have a dual camera setup on the front anymore. Connectivity upgrades to Wi-Fi 7. The Tab S11 Ultra also retains IP68 rating, quad speakers, and a fingerprint scanner.
Galaxy Tab S10 Lite

The Tab S10 Lite uses a 10.9-inch display, likely LCD, with a resolution of 2112 x 1320 and 90 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset. Battery capacity is 8,000 mAh with 25W charging.
Camera hardware is basic, with an 8 MP rear and 5 MP front sensor. It weighs around 524 grams. Unlike the higher-end models, it has no IP rating. It includes a standard S Pen but does not support the redesigned version.
Software and Galaxy AI

The Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra run Android 16 with One UI 8. Galaxy AI features include Gemini Live for visual queries and screen sharing, Writing Assist for tone adjustment, and an AI overlay for multitasking.
Samsung DeX gains Extended Mode for dual-screen setups and support for four customizable workspaces, with integrations for apps such as Goodnotes and Clip Studio Paint.
The S10 Lite also supports Galaxy AI, but its features are more limited, and it does not come with One UI 8 out of the box.
The Redesigned S Pen

The redesigned S Pen is bundled with the Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra but not with the S10 Lite. It has a better cone-shaped tip for wider tilt angles and a hexagonal grip for ergonomics. It does not include Bluetooth functionality.
