The Chinese smartphone manufacturer vivo has confirmed the launch of another handset in the vivo T4 series: the vivo T4 Ultra. It will join the vanilla vivo T4 5G (review) and the vivo T4x 5G, which are already available in the Indian market. Along with confirming the launch date, the company has also revealed some key features of the handset, including the color options.

vivo T4 Ultra Launch Date

The brand will launch the vivo T4 Ultra in India on June 11 at 12 PM IST. While the phone will be available for buyers on the e-commerce platform Flipkart, vivo will also set it via its official e-store and other offline channels.

According to the official trailer, the vivo T4 Ultra will be available in two color options: black and marble white. Keep in mind that those aren’t the official names for the finishes.

vivo T4 Ultra Features (Confirmed)

MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC

The T4 Ultra features a pill-shaped camera island on the back, divided into two parts: a circular, blacked-out section at the top that houses two camera sensors and a body-colored bottom section that houses another camera sensor, along with a circular LED flash.

Under the hood, the T4 Ultra will feature the Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which should provide near-flagship performance for everyday tasks as well as demanding workflows. For those catching up, the T3 Ultra (review) shipped with the Dimensity 9200+ processor.

vivo has also confirmed the presence of a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with optical image stabilization, and perhaps the only phone in the segment with a CIPA 4.5 camera-level rating for the level of stabilization. The handset’s secondary camera will feature an 8MP ultrawide sensor.

The phone will also feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope sensor for an optical zoom of up to 3x, along with optical image stabilization and 10x telephoto macro (claimed to be first in the segment). With the help of this sensor, the phone will provide up to 100x digital zoom.

vivo T4 Ultra Price (Expected)

We’re expecting the vivo T4 Ultra to cost under Rs. 40,000, at least for the baseline variant with 128GB of storage. More details about the price should surface in the coming days.
