vivo T5 Pro Launched in India: 9020 mAh Battery, 144Hz OLED, Price Starts at ₹30,999

vivo has officially introduced the vivo T5 Pro in India. The new T-series phone comes with a larger battery, updated display, and revised hardware package. Compared to the earlier T4 Pro, this model moves to a less powerful chipset and a simpler rear camera setup without a telephoto, while adding a much bigger battery and new pricing structure.

  • 8 GB + 128 GB: ₹29,999 (effective ₹27,999 after instant discount)
  • 8 GB + 256 GB: ₹33,999 (effective ₹30,999)
  • 12 GB + 256 GB: ₹39,999 (effective ₹36,999)

Full Specs

The vivo T5 Pro features a 6.83-inch Visionox VM9 LTPS OLED display with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 5,000 nits peak brightness, 2,000 nits HBM brightness, and 2,160Hz PWM dimming.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For cooling, vivo has included a 7,000 mm² vapor chamber.

On the rear, the phone uses a dual camera setup with a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS and a 2 MP depth sensor. The front camera is a 32 MP GC32E1 sensor.

The device packs a 9,020 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. vivo is promising 3 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates.

Other features include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, IR blaster, in-display optical fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2. The phone measures 8.25 mm in thickness and weighs 213 grams. As for colors, the phone is available in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black.
