vivo has officially confirmed the India launch of its new compact flagship, the vivo X200 FE, with a dedicated landing page now live on the brand’s website. The phone has already launched in Malaysia and is expected to arrive in India later this month, likely alongside the upcoming vivo X Fold5.
vivo X200 FE Specifications
The X200 FE is being positioned as a premium yet affordable alternative to the standard X200, offering a more compact design without compromising on features. The phone comes with a 6.31-inch display, a slim 7.99mm profile, and a lightweight, ergonomic build designed for one-handed use. vivo is emphasizing its design aesthetics, with the phone set to launch in four color options.
Powering the X200 FE is the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, a flagship 4nm processor with a 4+4 all-big-core architecture and a clock speed of up to 3.4GHz. It’s paired with UFS 3.1 storage, ensuring smooth and responsive performance for both productivity and gaming.
The rear camera setup is a highlight, co-engineered with ZEISS. It includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens using an M-shaped periscope design for 3X optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor.
vivo is also introducing ZEISS Multifocal Portrait support, offering bokeh styles at various focal lengths ranging from 23mm to 100mm. Modes like Street Photography and Vintage Film Filters are also onboard.
Battery life should be no concern with a 6,500 mAh battery built using third-gen silicon anode technology, promising better energy density and low-temperature resistance. It supports 90W fast charging, which vivo claims can deliver up to 3 hours of video playback in just 10 minutes.
Other features include IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, built-in Google Gemini AI, Circle to Search, customizable UI elements, and a privacy suite with spam call blocking and screen-sharing protection.
With the landing page already live, the full launch announcement is expected very soon. The vivo X200 FE could be a strong contender in the compact flagship space when it arrives later this July. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments section below.
