vivo X200T Specifications and Key Features

First and foremost, the vivo X200T features a punch-hole 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ (460 ppi) LTPS screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen can achieve a local peak brightness of 5,000 nits and covers the P3 wide color gamut.

There’s a 4.500 mm-square Liquid Cooling Vapor Chamber as well, which should help with sustained performance. Out of the box, the vivo X200T runs on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16. You can check out our detailed review of the user interface if you want to learn more.

Anyway, vivo has promised five years of operating system support and seven years of security updates, which is good in isolation but doesn’t match the industry leaders like Samsung, Google, and Motorola (for the new Signature smartphone).
