TL; DR
  • Digital Chat Station leaks an engineering sample of the vivo X300 Ultra (X300U) with a 6.82 inch 2K BOE flat OLED and four-sided slim bezels.
  • Metal frame, no camera shutter key, and the same circular camera island style as X200 Ultra.
  • Camera rumors suggest a dual 200 MP setup: 200 MP LYT901 main at 35mm and a 200 MP 85± mm periscope, plus a 50 MP 1/1.28-inch ultrawide.

The Ultra flagships of 2026 are in the works, and Digital Chat Station has posted details about an engineering sample of the vivo X300 Ultra. The prototype uses a 6.82-inch flat 2K BOE OLED panel. The bezels are narrow on all four sides with a uniform layout. DCS also mentions LIPO, which refers to Low-Injection Pressure Over-Molding, allowing for thinner bezels.

The frame shifts to straight metal edges. The physical camera shutter button seen on the vivo X200 Ultra is not present on this prototype. The back keeps the large circular camera module. The design remains close to the X200 Ultra. The island is raised, circular, and central, with no major layout changes. Button placement and speaker cutouts match current vivo design language.

The post does not mention camera specs directly, but parallel leaks point to a triple setup built around dual 200 MP modules. The main sensor could be a customized Sony LYT901 at 1/1.12-inch with a 35 mm equivalent focal length. The second 200 MP sensor sits in a periscope module around 85 mm for telephoto. The ultrawide uses a 50 MP sensor at 1/1.28-inch.

Other leaks mention Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 as the chipset. The leak cycle places the X300 Ultra after the standard X300 models in the first half of 2026. Engineering samples usually change before production. Thickness, frame finish, and button layout can still change.
