Vivo’s upcoming flagship X90 series is in the works and is slated to launch on November 22 in China. The series has been the subject of countless rumors and headlines and new ones are added to the stack every day. With that being said, we got our hands on Vivo X90 series full specs list thanks to the courtesy of tipster Ishan Agarwal. The list tallies full specifications for the trio – Vivo X90, X90 Pro, and X90 Pro Plus all powered by towering Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets.

Vivo X90 Full Specifications (rumored)

The vanilla X90 brings onboard a giant 6.78″ AMOLED panel with 2800*1260 pixels resolution, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 120Hz of refresh rate to give some context. Powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, the flagship vanilla model has UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5 of RAM onboard. There’s an Android 13-based OriginOS 3.0 out-of-the-box as well.

On the optics side, the phone is likely to arrive with a 32MP selfie and a contraption of the triple rear cam. It’ll house a 50MP primary, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 12MP portrait snapper supported with 2x optical zoom. The last piece of information that we have at our disposal is the battery size i.e. 4,810mAh with 120W fast charging tech.

Vivo X90 Pro Full Specifications (rumored)

The specifications between Vivo X90 and X90 Pro aren’t that varied. It will take you some time to gauge the difference if you don’t know where to look out for

For starters, the display remains the same at a 6.78″ 120Hz AMOLED panel with 2800*1260 pixels resolution. The chipset configuration under the hood is the same at Dimensity 9200 SoC with UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5 RAM iteration. Of course, Vivo X90 Pro will offer a few more (or fewer) storage configurations than the vanilla variant. There’s Android 13-powered OriginOS 3.0 for the software.

The battery is a bit larger at 4,870 mAh paired with 120W fast charging tech. The major difference as you can see here is the inclusion of 50W fast wireless charging tech so definitely that’s an improvement.

The camera rig both front and rear remain unchanged at 32MP front, 50MP+12MP UW+12MP portrait with a 2x optical support camera rig at the back. The resemblance between the vanilla X90 and X90 Pro is certainly uncanny but something smartphone manufacturers have been doing for a long time.

Vivo X90 Pro Plus Full Specifications (rumored)

Vivo X90 Series Full Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch

Vivo X90 Pro Plus does come with the same 6.78-inch AMOLED panel as that of X90 and X90 Pro. There’s 300Hz touch sampling, 120Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 2800*1260mAh onboard.

What has majorly changed is the fact that now you get access to Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC which is more desirous than a MediaTek flagship SoC. It is paired with the same RAM and storage tech though but for those who might not know, it is top-of-the-line so that isn’t a matter of dispute here.

Vivo has likely changed the camera rig too. Instead of using IMX899 for the primary cam, it is using IMX989 for the 50 MP rear ordinary cam. There 48MP ultrawide snapper, a 50MP IMX 758 portrait snapper, and a 64MP OV64B40 telephoto snapper. No doubt it is a major leap from what you get on both X90 and X90 Pro. The front remains unchanged at 32MP.

There’s some change in the battery department as well. The battery size mentioned in the speculations is 4,700 mAh and Ishan has mentioned that you’ll get 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support. Seems like a downgrade, right?

Note that albeit with credibility, these are still leaked specifications which leave room for changes. Watch out for more information on November 22 when the trio launching officially.
