TL; DR
  • As per the CAD-based render (which, by the way, matches the dummy units that leaked earlier), the S26 Pro will feature a raised camera module to house the sensors.
  • The Galaxy S26 Ultra also has a raised camera module that houses three protruding camera sensors (including the rectangular, periscope zoom lens at the bottom).
  • The Galaxy S26 Edge will feature a massive camera bar that spans the entire width of the phone. Like the other phones, the whole bar protrudes from the back panel, which could possibly help Samsung fit the gigantic camera sensors and some other hardware

While Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series is expected to break cover in February 2026, we’ve come up with an exclusive scoop about how the models in the lineup will look (thanks to Yogesh Brar), including the Galaxy S26 Pro (yes, there’s a Pro model in the lineup, replacing the standard Galaxy S26) and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The S26 Edge will also feature a significant redesign when compared to the current model. Since there’s a lot of ground to cover, let’s dive right in.

First, let’s talk about the Galaxy S26 Pro, which should replace the vanilla Galaxy S26 this year. As per the shared render (which, by the way, matches the dummy units that leaked earlier), the S26 Pro will feature a raised camera module to house the sensors (similar to the one on the Z Fold7). On top of that, the module houses lenses with metallic rings around them.

So, while the Galaxy S25 had a flush-back design with protruding lenses, the S26 Pro will use a raised module. The flash module is located toward the right of the camera module. This is the only major change that’s evident in the S26 Pro’s chassis. Aside from that, the handset features volume rockers and a power button on the right frame (toward the left in the picture).

The phone features slightly rounded corners and an otherwise flat metallic frame with a textured matte finish.

Galaxy S26 Pro Leaked Specifications

  • 6.7mm thickness

Next up in the render is the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, with several similarities (and a few differences) to the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

To begin with, the phone also has a raised camera module that houses three protruding camera sensors (including the rectangular, periscope zoom lens at the bottom). The laser autofocus setup, along with the fourth camera, is located to the right (with the flash in between them).

As noticeable in the render, the S26 Ultra is a bit more rounded on the edges than the S25 Ultra (the difference is evident, but not to the extent on other flagships). Other than that, there will be a slight change in the dimensions of the phones (check below).

Galaxy S26 Ultra Leaked Specifications

  • Galaxy S26 Ultra: 163.4 x 77.9 x 7.8 mm
  • 6.9-inch AMOLED screen with Color-on-Emitter (CoE) depolarizer layer, third-generation anti-reflective glass

  • 200MP (wider aperture) + 50MP periscope (wider aperture) + 50MP ultrawide + 12MP updated telephoto

Galaxy S26 Edge Looks Like iPhone 17 Air

Per rumors, Samsung is considering replacing the ‘Plus’ variant in its flagship lineup with the newly-launched ‘Edge’ variant, making the latter a part of the mainstream lineup (which wasn’t the case with the Galaxy S25 series). If that happens, we’ll only see three phones in the Galaxy S26 family, the third of which will be the Galaxy S26 Edge.

As seen in the render, the Galaxy S26 Edge will feature a massive camera bar that spans the entire width of the phone. Like the other phones, the whole bar protrudes from the back panel, which could possibly help Samsung fit the gigantic camera sensors and some other hardware without increasing the thickness at the thinnest point.

Toward the left of the horizontal camera bar are two camera sensors and the LED flash. It’s worth mentioning here that the S26 Edge resembles the purported iPhone 17 Air and the iPhone 17 Pro models (as we’ve seen in high-quality renders and dozens of reports so far).

Leaked specifications suggest that the Galaxy S26 Edge will measure 158.4 x 75.7 x 5.5 mm (which increases to 10.8mm with the camera bump), making the phone slightly thinner at its slimmest point (5.8 mm vs. 5.5 mm).

Galaxy S26 Edge Leaked Specifications

  • 5.5 mm thickness
  • 6.7-inch AMOLED scree, 120Hz refresh rate, QHD+ resolution
  • Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 for Galaxy (3nm)
  • Up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage
  • 200MP primary camera + 12MP ultrawide camera
  • 4,300 mAh battery
  • Qi2 wireless magnetic charging
