HP ZBook Series including ZBook Studio X360 Convertible has launched in India

Update: HP Spectre Folio and Spectre X360 Always Connected PCs are also unveiled in India. They stay always connected through a gigabit-class LTE SIM. There is a nano-SIM slot on both these laptops. Spectre Folio is a leather convertible which can be used as a Laptop, Tent, Reverse, and Tablet.

The internal specs of Spectre Folio comprise of an 8th generation Intel Core i7 8500Y processor with Intel UHD Graphics 615, turbo boost tech up to 4.2GHz, up to 16GB of RAM, 512GB of SSD storage and 6-cell, 54.28 W/h Li-ion polymer battery with a 65W fast charging support. The audio is augmented by Bang & Olufsen.

The HP Spectre X360, on the other hand, features a privacy camera kill switch, which electrically turns off the webcam when not in use. It is also equipped with HP Sure View, an integrated privacy screen to bar prying eyes.

Next up, HP also broadened its Z-series lineup with 5 new laptops viz. HP ZBook 14U G6, HP ZBook 15U G6, HP ZBook Studio X360, HP ZBook 15 G6, and HP ZBook 17 G6. They usher in features such as HP Sure View privacy screen, ambient brightness sensor, HP Fast Charge, and Client Security Manager tool. So, you see the new upgrade centers around productivity and security.

HP ZBook 14U G6 and HP ZBook 15U

These are powered by 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor teamed with 32GB of RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage. For graphics processing, you can depend either on an integrated Intel HD chip or go with a separate AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 graphic card.

Evident from their names, the HP ZBook 14U G6 sports up to a 14-inch Ultra HD (3,840 x 2,160 resolution) anti-glare LCD display, while the HP ZBook 15U G6 stretches up to a 15.6-inch UHD (3,840 x 2,160 resolution) anti-glare display.

HP ZBook 15 G6 and HP ZBook 17 G6

Here, you get up to 9th generation Intel Xeon processor clubbed with upto 128GB of DDR4 RAM and 2TB of SATA SSD. As for graphics rendering, you could go up to an Nvidia Quadro T1000 GPU with 4GB of graphics memory.

The display should be an easy guess, right? Yes, they feature up to a 15.6-inch Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 resolution) anti-glare display option, and the HP ZBook 17 G6, on the other hand, shares the same pixel resolution measuring 17.3-inch diagonally.

HP ZBook Studio X360

This one’s a convertible with a 360-degree switching and folding. Under the hood, you get up to an 8th generation Intel Core i9 or Intel Xeon processor combined with up to 64GB of RAM and 4TB of PCIe SSD storage. For harnessing the graphics, you can depend upon the integrated Intel Ultra HD 630. Want more? Crank up the graphics using up to Nvidia Quadro P2000 with 4GB of GDDR5 memory.

Upfront, a 15.6-inch display which could be either a full-HD or an Ultra HD anti-glare display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
