vivo has officially launched the X300 series in India, bringing its latest flagship smartphones to the market after their debut in China earlier this year. The lineup includes the vivo X300 and vivo X300 Pro, both powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and featuring advanced ZEISS-tuned displays and cameras.

Pricing for the vivo X300 starts at ₹75,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, ₹81,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, and ₹85,999 for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. The vivo X300 Pro is priced at ₹1,09,999 for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. As part of the pre-booking offer, vivo is providing a 1-year extended warranty, and a 10% instant discount on select bank cards.

Both models support an optional 2.35X ZEISS teleconverter accessory, priced at ₹18,999 (no grip included), which extends the telephoto to approximately 170mm equivalent on the X300 and 200mm on the X300 Pro.

The devices are available for pre-order starting today (until December 9), with sales commencing later through vivo’s official website, major e-commerce platforms, and authorized retail stores.

The vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch 1.5K flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED ZEISS Master Color display with 1216 x 2640 resolution, 1-120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 2,160 Hz PWM, and 4,500 Nits peak brightness. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, custom V3+ imaging chip, up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage. The battery is 6,040 mAh with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. 

On the camera front, the X300 includes a 200 MP ISOCELL HPB main camera (1/1.4-inch, f/1.68 aperture, OIS), 50 MP ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide (1/2.76-inch, f/2.0, 15mm, AF), and 50 MP LYT-602 periscope telephoto (1/1.95-inch, f/2.57, 3X optical zoom, 70mm equivalent, 100X digital zoom, tele macro support, OIS). The front camera is 50 MP ISOCELL JN1 (1/2.76-inch, f/2.0, 20mm, AF).

Video capabilities support 4K at 120FPS, 4K 60FPS cinematic video, 4K Live Photo, multispectral sensor, ZEISS T* lens coating, and ZEISS camera modes.

Additional features on the X300 include a metal frame, IP68/IP69 rating, NFC, IR blaster, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and USB 3.2 Gen1 (5Gbps). It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and measures 7.95mm thick, weighing 190g. Colors available are Summit Red, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black.

The vivo X300 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED ZEISS Master Color display with 1260 x 2800 resolution, 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 2,160 Hz PWM, 4,500 nits peak brightness, and 1.2mm bezels. It shares the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, with custom V3+ and VS1 imaging chips, up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage. The battery is 6,510 mAh with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

The Pro model’s cameras consist of a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 main (f/1.57 aperture, 1/1.28-inch sensor size, 24mm, OIS), 50 MP ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide (1/2.76-inch sensor size, f/2.0 aperture, 15mm, AF), and 200 MP ISOCELL HPB periscope telephoto (1/1.4-inch sensor size, f/2.67 aperture, 3.7X optical zoom, 85mm equivalent, 100X digital zoom, tele macro 15cm, OIS). The front camera is 50 MP ISOCELL JN1 (1/2.76-inch sensor size, f/2.0 aperture, 20mm, AF).

Video recording includes 8K at 30FPS, 4K at up to 120FPS in LOG, 4K 60FPS cinematic video, 4K Live Photo, multispectral sensor, ZEISS T* lens coating, and ZEISS camera modes.

Like the X300, the Pro has a metal frame, IP68/IP69 rating, NFC, IR blaster, USB 3.2 Gen1, and ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, measures 7.99mm thick, and weighs 226g. Colors include Dune Brown and Elite Black.
