Huawei has a dedicated toll-free number for VIP customers to reach the Huawei Contact Center. Even the pick and drop service would be free of cost across India. The P30 Pro customer could avail the VIP service and the perks till the phone’s factory warranty period expires.

Huawei is not the first brand to offer such complimentary services. In fact, its archrival, Samsung is known for a similar treatment to its users for the past couple of years. Flagship brands are charging exorbitant prices from their customers. So, they need to go beyond the bells and whistles to match the expected experience quotient of the customers. This would act as a differentiating element over their competing top-tier contenders.

Huawei P30 Pro is a camera-centric flagship phone featuring quad-camera setup at the back. Under the hood, the phone houses a Kirin 980 chipset.
