TL; DR
  • Logitech has launched the G PRO X2 Superstrike gaming mouse in India at ₹23,995, introducing a new inductive click system with adjustable actuation and haptic feedback.
  • It includes an 8 kHz polling rate, up to 44,000 DPI sensor, and a 65g lightweight design with up to 90 hours battery life.

Logitech G has officially introduced the G PRO X2 Superstrike gaming mouse in India, bringing a new input system that replaces traditional mechanical switches. The mouse is designed around what Logitech calls SUPERSTRIKE technology, which uses an inductive analog sensing system instead of physical microswitches for the main buttons. This setup uses copper coils to generate an electromagnetic field, allowing the click to register through sensing rather than mechanical contact.

The click system allows 0.6 mm travel distance and includes 10 adjustable actuation levels along with 5 rapid trigger reset levels. Users can tune how early or late a click registers based on preference, which changes how the mouse behaves across different types of games. The mouse also includes built-in haptic actuators that provide tactile feedback both when a click is registered and when it resets. The intensity of this feedback can be adjusted across five levels through Logitech G HUB software.

Logitech states that this new system reduces click latency by up to 30 milliseconds compared to conventional gaming mice. The mouse has been developed with input from esports organizations such as G2 Esports, NAVI, and BLG.

The G PRO X2 Superstrike is equipped with the HERO 2 sensor, supporting an 8 kHz polling rate, which translates to input updates every 0.125 milliseconds. It offers up to 44,000 DPI sensitivity, 888 inches per second tracking speed, and up to 88G acceleration. The sensor operates without smoothing, filtering, or acceleration adjustments.

In terms of design, the mouse weighs 65 grams and uses zero-additive PTFE feet with curve-cut edges for smoother movement across surfaces. It is rated for up to 90 hours of battery life under continuous use and is available in a Lunar Eclipse color option.

The Logitech G PRO X2 Superstrike is priced at ₹23,995 in India and is now available for purchase.
