Sachiv Ji fans assemble! As TVF has confirmed the streaming date of the much-loved series Panchayat Season Four. The release date was confirmed on the occasion of the show completing five years, and the excitement among the ardent viewers is sky high as their favorite shows and characters will be back soon. Ever since its first season premiered five years ago, the series has won hearts with its simple storytelling, relatable characters, and humor.  It has a rating of 9 out of 10 on IMDb. After three popular and critically acclaimed seasons, it is back with season four. Dive in to know everything about it.

Panchayat Season 4: Streaming Date & Platform

TVF has confirmed that the fourth season of Panchayat will stream on 2nd July, 2025. It will stream on Amazon Prime Video and you will need a subscription to watch the show. Checkout Amazon Prime Video subscription plans here.

Panchayat Season 4: Trailer/Teaser

Panchayat Season 4 is still 2 months away, but TVF last month shared a teaser for the upcoming season to give a glimpse into what the season will entail. The teaser confirms that season 4 will have more drama, more humour and heartwarming moments from Phulera, taking the ardent fans deeper into the world of characters.

It begins with a voiceover announcing the upcoming elections in Phulera and a high-stakes contest between Pradhan Ji and Bhushan Ji. The backdrop this time will thus be elections in the village.

The trailer will be released closer to the streaming date. We will share it here as soon as it is launched.

Panchayat Season 4: Cast & Crew

The show will see the return of Jitendra Kumar aka Sachiv Ji, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Mallik, Chandan Roy, Sanvikaa, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, and Pankaj Jha.

It has been produced by TVF (The Viral Fever) and created by Deepak Kumar Mishra, and Chandan Roy. Writing has been done by Chandan Kumar too. The show is directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, and Akshat Vijaywargiya.

Panchayat Season 4: Plot

According to the official synopsis, season four will center on the fierce political rivalry between Pradhan and Bhushan, with both camps engaged in aggressive tactics to secure victory. The stakes are higher than ever, as Abhishek Tripathi is forced to take a stand, potentially jeopardizing both his future and that of Pradhan’s leadership.

Panchayat Franchise: Recap

Season 1– A comedy-drama capturing the journey of an engineering graduate, Abhishek, who, for lack of a better job option, joins as secretary of a panchayat office in a remote village of UP.

Season 2- With the rise of an opponent against Pradhan Ji, the village politics of Phulera heat up. Unable to stay neutral, Abhishek sticks his neck out for Pradhan’s family.

Season 3- As the panchayat elections approach, both Pradhan and Bhushan gangs engage in a fierce battle to uplift their public image. Navigating the murky waters of Phulera politics, Abhishek does his best to maintain his objectivity.

Will there be Panchayat Season 5?

Yes, Panchayat will have Season 5 too. Last year when Season 3 was released, Helmer Deepak Mishra confirmed that work on Season 4 has begun and they have expansive plans for Season 5 too. “There’s usually no transition between seasons for us. We have written three or four episodes of the show”. He clarified that while they have a clear vision for Season 4, but plans for Season 5 are broad and yet to be developed.
