The Poco M4 5G smartphone has been launched in India and has become the most affordable 5G phone in India to date. The Poco M45G highlights include Dimensity 700 SoC, 90Hz display, 50MP dual camera, and a 5000mAh battery.
The handset is a trimmed version of its already launched Poco M4 Pro 5G (review).
Poco M4 5G Price and Availability
Poco M4 5G ships in two storage configurations including 4GB + 64GB that costs INR 12,999 and 6GB + 128GB priced at INR 14,999. It will be available in three colour variants – POCO Yellow, Power Black, and Cool Blue. The phone will retail online through Flipkart. As an introductory offer, Poco is offering an INR 2000 discount during the first sale.
Poco M4 5G Features
The Poco M4 5G handset features a 6.58-inch FHD+ screen that refreshes at 90Hz and offers a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The waterdrop notch display houses an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls. For rear photography, it comprises of 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth lens.

Poco M4 is powered by an octa-core 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset paired with up to 6GB RAM with 2GB Turbo RAM and up to 128GB built-in storage. It supports a total of 7 bands of 5G connectivity. Out of the box, the new M4 packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and 5W wired reverse charging support.
The new Poco handset is IP52 rated for dust and water resistance features. The back panel has a hypnotic swirl design and the phone weighs 200g. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Connectivity features are dual 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, a Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
