Poco M4 Pro 5G will debut on November 9; Here’s everything we know so far

Poco’s next smartphone, i.e., Poco M4 Pro is set to go official on November 9. We were expecting the launch as the device has been spotted multiple times on several certification platforms. Just the other day, the phone toured the Geekbench site revealing some details. 

Poco had brought the predecessor, i.e., Poco M3 Pro (review) to India back in June. And now that we are learning about the M4 Pro’s existence, let’s have a look at everything we know so far.

Poco M4 Pro 5G Specs

The fresh sight of Poco M4 Pro 5G on Geekbench listing reveals the model number 21091116AC for its China variant attached with Xiaomi banner. For CPU, it has an octa-core MT6833P processor aka MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset similar to the Poco M3 Pro. The phone is listed with 8GB RAM but it is said to hit the shelves with 4GB and 6GB as well.

Poco M4 Pro is seen with the Android 11 operating system, likely to be skinned with MIUI 12.5 on top. Also, since Android 12 has started to roll out and MIUI 13 is in the works, the Poco phone could get an update, soon after the launch. 

Moreover, Poco M4 Pro was earlier founded on TENAA with a few more spec details. The phone sports a 6.6-inch OLED Full HD+ display with a weight of 195 grams and 8.75mm thickness. It has a 4900mAh battery, in-display fingerprint sensor, SD card slot, and built-in memory of up to 512GB storage. There will be a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP main camera, a Sony IMX355 ultra-wide sensor, and a telemacro lens. 

Since there the Chinese brand has started to get various certifications for the Poco M4 Pro 5G smartphone, we believe the official announcement should come anytime soon. Till then, stay tuned for information.
