TL; DR
  • The Galaxy S25 Edge new promotional images have been leaked. It’s available in three colors—Titanium Jet Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Icy Blue.
  • The Galaxy S25 Edge is just 5.8mm thin, making it Samsung’s slimmest flagship yet, but with a smaller 3,900 mAh battery.
  • The Galaxy S25 Edge will launch in April 2025, with a price of around $1,099 (₹1,09,999).

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge, the ultra-thin addition to the S25 series, has been teased since the lineup’s January launch. WinFuture, with insights from tipster Roland Quandt, has shared exclusive official marketing images, unveiling the design, colors, and key specifications of this sleek device ahead of its expected April 2025 debut.

Design and Color Options

Titanium Jet Black

The Galaxy S25 Edge mirrors the aesthetic of its S25 siblings, particularly the S25 Ultra, with a refined, minimalist look. Official renders showcase three color variants: Titanium Jet Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Icy Blue, matching the S25 Ultra’s palette.

These titanium finishes give the phone a premium feel, aligning with Samsung’s flagship design language. While these are the confirmed colors, it’s unclear if Samsung will introduce additional online-exclusive shades, a strategy the company has used in the past for models like the S24 series, which offered hues such as Sapphire Blue and Jade Green.

Ultra-Thin Build and Display

Samsung is going all out with the S25 Edge’s thickness, just 5.8mm (excluding the camera module), making it one of the slimmest smartphones in its class. For comparison, the S25 Ultra measures 8.2mm, while the S25 Plus is 7.3mm thick.

To achieve this, Samsung has reduced the battery capacity to 3,786 mAh (rated at 3,900 mAh), a trade-off for its razor-thin profile. The device will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, identical to the S25 Plus.

Performance and Cameras

Under the hood, the S25 Edge will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, an octa-core SoC with Oryon cores clocked up to 4.46GHz—slightly faster than in other flagship models. This chipset, also used across the S25 series, should deliver top-tier performance.

However, unlike the S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra, which boast triple-camera setups, the S25 Edge goes for a dual-camera system: a 200MP wide sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide. While this setup lacks a telephoto lens, the high-resolution main sensor should still offer decent digital crops.
