Vivo launched the X80 Series of smartphones earlier this year and now as the year movies are towards its end, the brand has already started working on the X90 Series for the Chinese market. Some specs of the Pro variant of the upcoming X90 Series have surfaced online. Read on to know what they are.

Vivo X90 Pro: Rumors and leaks

Chinese leakster TechGoing has claimed that the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro will be powered by the newest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipset is all set to launch in November at the Qualcomm Snapdragon Tech Summit, and Vivo X90 Pro might be one of the first devices that use this chipset.

The leakster further claims that the smartphone will have 100W fast charging capability and a larger battery as well. Since the X80 Pro has a 4700mAh battery, so X90 Pro might have a 5000mAh battery.

The Vivo X90 Pro is expected to have a 1-inch camera sensor in the camera department. Currently, only Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a 1-inch sensor. The X90 Pro is likely to come with a periscope zoom camera.

The Vivo X90 Series might debut in the Q2 of 2023 just like X80 Series was launched in 2022. However, since some flagships like Xiaomi 13 series and OnePlus 11 Pro are expected to debut earlier this year, so Vivo might also launch the X90 Series earlier than usual.
