WWDC 2025 Schedule

Like every year, Apple will talk about the software advancements during the WWDC 2025 from June 9 to 13. The event will be free for all developers, providing them with unique access to Apple experts and insights into new features, tools, and frameworks.
Students and developers can discover the latest Apple software by tuning into the keynote on the Apple Developer app, Apple Developer website, and Apple Developer’s official YouTube channel. WWDC 2025: What To Expect?
The software advancements should be related to the next generation of operating systems for Apple devices, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and so on. The event should provide us with a preview of all the refinements and new features of iOS 19, iPadOS 19, macOS 16, and other operating systems for Apple Watch, Vision Pro, and Apple TV.
iOS 19

Most recently, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman suggested that Apple is planning a major software overhaul — the biggest in a long time — to entice more users into the ecosystem, and iOS 19 is a crucial part of it. The upcoming iPhone operating system will draw some inspiration from visionOS, the user interface designed for Vision Pro, Apple’s first mixed-reality headset.
According to the journalist, the company’s engineers are working toward a more cohesive operating system experience across devices. It is important to mention that Apple releases the beta versions of its latest operating systems shortly after the keynote at WWDC. Hence, expect the iOS 19 beta to drop on June 9, 2025.

AI-Related Announcements

Besides the new operating systems, WWDC 2025 should also throw some light on the company’s AI strategy and how it plans to move ahead in a fast-paced market.
We’re expecting Apple to comment on the delay in the anticipated AI features as well, including the advanced version of Siri that everyone’s talking about. Although WWDC focuses on the software side of things, Apple has used the event to tease hardware as well. For instance, the company teased the Vision Pro at the WWDC 2023.
However, there are no solid rumors this year about any new hardware launches or announcements that might take place at the conference. Given that the event is about two and a half months away, there might be surprises or developments that aren’t public at the moment.
