Following the successful launch of the Vivo X90 series a few months ago, the tech giant is now gearing up to unveil its highly anticipated Vivo X100 series, which includes the X100, X100 Pro, and X100 Pro+. While official details remain shrouded in mystery, leaks and rumors have started to shed light on the upcoming smartphones, with the X100 Pro+ taking center stage with its impressive specifications.

Insider insights from Weibo tipster Fixed Focus Digital have provided a sneak peek into the key specifications, notably concerning the display and camera capabilities of the forthcoming Vivo X100 Pro+.

The spotlight feature of the X100 Pro+ is its potential 120Hz display, which promises a visually immersive experience with smooth scrolling and responsiveness. Notably, this feature aims to elevate the overall user experience, particularly for gaming and multimedia consumption.

Turning the lens towards photography, the X100 Pro+ is rumored to sport a 50MP Sony 1-inch IMX989 main camera equipped with a variable aperture. This sophisticated feature, previously seen in the Vivo X90 Pro+, grants users the ability to manually adjust the camera’s aperture. This adjustment modulates the amount of light entering the sensor, allowing for greater control over image exposure and quality.

Adding to the camera prowess, the smartphone is expected to boast a trio of 50MP lenses: an IMX598 ultra-wide lens, an IMX758 portrait (telephoto) lens, and a staggering 200MP telephoto (periscope) lens—a remarkable upgrade. However, there’s speculation that the latter might actually be a 50MP sensor utilizing pixel-binning technology for enhanced imaging capabilities.

The Vivo X100 Pro+ is poised to feature a generously sized 6.78-inch display with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother animations and interactions. Under the hood, the device is likely to be powered by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, indicating improved performance and faster data access.

To complement its cutting-edge specifications, the X100 Pro+ is rumored to come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, along with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for secure biometric authentication.

Anticipation swirls around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is expected to fuel the X100 Pro+’s processing prowess, offering enhanced performance and efficiency.

While an official launch date has yet to be confirmed, reports suggest that Vivo might unveil the X100 Pro+ in the upcoming months, promising another wave of innovation in the smartphone market. However, whether the X100 Pro+ will find its way to the Indian market remains uncertain, especially considering its predecessor, the Vivo X90 Pro+, wasn’t released there.Leaked Vivo X100 Pro+ Specs Promise
