TL; DR
- Google has officially confirmed its next Made by Google event for August 12, 2026.
- A new leak from Dealabs and billbil-kun suggests the entire Pixel 11 lineup will see significant price increases in Europe.
- Google is also reportedly dropping the 128GB storage tier across the entire Pixel 11 family.
Google has officially confirmed that its next hardware event will take place on August 12, where the company is expected to unveil the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
While the launch date is now official, pricing information published by Dealabs, citing well-known leaker billbil-kun, suggests buyers may need to prepare for some serious sticker shock this year.
128GB Storage Disappears From the Pixel Lineup
One of the biggest changes this year is Google’s decision to move the entire lineup to 256GB as the starting storage option.
That means the familiar 128GB base variant is gone across the board. Higher storage options remain available, with the Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold models reportedly going all the way up to 1TB.
Pixel 11 European Pricing Leaks

| Model | Storage | Price |
| Pixel 11 | 256GB | €999 |
| Pixel 11 | 512GB | €1,129 |
| Pixel 11 Pro | 256GB | €1,199 |
| Pixel 11 Pro | 512GB | €1,329 |
| Pixel 11 Pro | 1TB | €1,589 |
| Pixel 11 Pro XL | 256GB | €1,399 |
| Pixel 11 Pro XL | 512GB | €1,529 |
| Pixel 11 Pro XL | 1TB | €1,789 |
| Pixel 11 Pro Fold | 256GB | €1,999 |
| Pixel 11 Pro Fold | 512GB | €2,129 |
| Pixel 11 Pro Fold | 1TB | €2,389 |
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold crossing €2,300 for the 1TB variant makes it one of the most expensive mainstream smartphones Google has ever released.
The Price Hikes Are Substantial

The standard Pixel 11 lineup is effectively seeing a €100 increase in entry pricing compared to previous generations, while the larger models are getting even more expensive.

The Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold reportedly add €100 across every storage tier, pushing Google’s premium devices closer to Samsung Ultra and foldable pricing territory.
Part of that increase likely comes from the industry’s ongoing memory situation. DRAM prices have climbed sharply over the past year as AI servers continue to consume a growing share of global supply, and we’ve already seen Apple, Samsung, and several Android brands adjust pricing as a result.
New Colors Are Also Coming

According to the leak, Google has prepared a fresh set of colors for the Pixel 11 family. The regular Pixel 11 could arrive in:
- Light Sterling
- Midnight Haze
- Fuchsia
- Moss
The Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL are expected in:
- Light Fog
- Midnight Haze
- Dune
- Pine
Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold may only be available in:
- Midnight Haze
- Pine
The 1TB variants are reportedly limited to Midnight Haze.
Launch Timeline

Google has officially confirmed the August 12 launch event. According to the Dealabs report, pre-orders are expected to open immediately after the keynote, with retail availability beginning around August 20.
With Samsung’s foldables arriving in July and Apple’s iPhone 18 lineup expected in September, August is shaping up to be Google’s opportunity to grab the spotlight before the flagship season kicks into full gear.
