Samsung has been working on the successor to the A13 smartphone for a while now and seems like things are materializing as the Galaxy A14 5G has been spotted on the Geekbench listing with model number SM-A146B. The renders for the device were unveiled last month so it seems the launch is getting closer. Along with A14 5G, Galaxy M15 5G has also been spotted on Geekbench.

Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Specs

The Geekbench listing confirms that the smartphone will be powered by Exynos 1330 chipset and runs Android 13 with 4GB RAM. More RAM options might be revealed later. Rumors claim that the A14 5G will have a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD screen, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP main lens. There might be a 13MP selfie lens and a 5000mAh battery under the hood. The smartphone is expected to have a price tag of €230.

Samsung Galaxy M14 5G Specs

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with model number SM-M146B has almost similar specs. It is also powered by Exynos 1330 with 4GB RAM and Android 13. It scored lower than Galaxy A14 in the Geekbench test.

More details will be revealed as the launch gets confirmed.
