Sony FX3 Full-frame Cinema Line camera arrives in India

Sony has launched its FX3 Full-frame Cinema Line in India. The company is touting the model with its Alpha mirrorless cameras for advanced imaging properties. The FX3 camera also offers supreme digital cinema technology making it suitable for videographers. 

Sony FX3 Full-frame Cinema-Line Camera Features

The Sony FX3 ships with a 10.2MP full-frame back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor for video recording which effectively works at 12.1MP for still images. The sensor is backed by a BIONZ XR image processing engine. The ISO range is 80 – 102400 and can be expandable to 409600 under low light conditions.

Sony offers an S-Cinetone look profile for cinematic colour science for soft colours and smooth highlights. It can record up to 4K 120p videos. The lightweight body with a compact design improves the mobility of the camera for solo operation.

The FX3 sports Fast Hybrid Auto Focus (AF), real-time eye AF, in-body image stabilization (IBIS), and Active Mode stabilization for an enhanced handheld shooting. Sony FX3 body has five thread holes (1/4-20 UNC) to mount essential accessories. The XLR handles unit sports two XLR/TRS audio inputs to achieve clear sounds in the videos.

The Sony FX3 Full-frame Cinema Line camera is priced at Rs. 3,99,990 for its main body. The camera will retail on Sony’s official website along with leading offline and online stores.
